Plumber

We’re looking for an experienced Plumber to join our Property Team on a Permanent Basis to cover the Hurn Location. You’ll carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in our properties, ensuring high-quality work and great customer service. A company van and fuel card will be provided for business use.

What You’ll Do

• Repair domestic plumbing installations.
• Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, showers, and kitchen sinks.
• Fit and repair pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater).
• Maintain and renew cold water storage tanks.
• Install and fix domestic appliances like showers and washing machines.
• Work on vented/unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative).
• Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance.

Experience & Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or 5+ years in the trade.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in occupied properties.
• Knowledge of best Health & Safety practices.
• Ability to use an iPad or PDA.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CSCS Card (Desirable).
