We are looking for two ambitious graduates to join our team as Junior Recruitment Consultants. This is an opportunity for individuals who have already shown leadership and initiative early in their careers and want to build a high-performance, long-term career in recruitment.

You don’t need recruitment experience – but you should be able to show that when given responsibility, you step up and deliver.

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to:

  • Build relationships with cutting-edge technology companies
  • Identify and engage highly skilled tech professionals
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to closing deals
  • Work towards clear targets with uncapped earning potential

You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while quickly taking on responsibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2025 or 2026 graduates
  • Degree preferred (2:1 or above in any discipline)
