Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in Basildon to provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role involves working closely with students both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, ensuring their emotional and educational needs are met. Ideal candidates should have experience with SEND, and a compassionate approach to education is essential.
The position offers a long-term contract with the potential to become permanent. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with competitive pay ranging from £90 to £110 per day based on experience.
