Role
12 hours per week | Monday – Thursday
- Be a “Sp” champion who is the face of the brand on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Assist customers with their orders and answer any questions.
- Package Click & Collect and Delivery orders.
- Make sure the napkins, glasses and cutlery are topped up continuously.
- Maintain hygiene standards.

- Ensure service levels are maintained to the standards we expect and corners aren’t cut.
- Up for a laugh, but know when it’s time to knuckle down.
- Respectful and punctual, conscious of scheduling.
Experience Requirements
1 Year
- Ideally, you will have some experience working in a customer‑facing role within the hospitality industry.
- A big smile and warm tone of voice.
Compensation
£12.75 per hour
- 28 days of paid time off.
