M-Sport UK is at the forefront of global motorsport, competing at the highest levels across the FIA World Rally Championship, FIA World Rally Raid Championship, British Touring Cars, GT3, and bespoke motorsport engineering programmes. From our state‑of‑the‑art facilities in Cumbria, our team delivers race‑winning machinery for customers and championship contenders worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, preparation, and maintenance of competition cars and their specialised components, as well as future developments to the high standards of reliability and performance.
- Work both at the M‑Sport HQ and on international events, providing mechanical support.
- Diagnose and repair issues under time pressure during events.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and senior technicians at both the HQ and on event.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a self‑motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:
- Educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for problem solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Hungry to share our determination to deliver a winning performance for the very best results.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a motorsport environment, preferably with rally, rallycross, or racing.
