Milk Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Liverpool (L10) on a long‑term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide general classroom support in KS1 and Early Years, supporting children with their early development, learning, and social skills. You will be joining a supportive and experienced team who are committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general classroom support to the class teacher and pupils in KS1 and Early Years
• Support children’s learning through group work, interventions, and focused 1:1 support
• Assist with the delivery of phonics, early reading, writing, and maths activities
• Encourage positive behaviour, inclusion, and emotional development
• Support with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and observation/assessment tasks

Essential Requirements:

• Recent and relevant experience working in an educational setting
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, or equivalent)
• A passion for supporting Early Years and KS1 pupils
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
• Ability to follow guidance from the class teacher and work effectively as part of a team
