Location: Coventry, West Midlands (County)

Salary: £16.50 – £18.00 per hour DOE

Hours of Work

Mon – Thurs: 07:15 – 16:30

Fri: 07:15 – 12:15

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate tooling, dies and machine settings for each job
• Set and form sheet metal and plate on press brakes
• Metal finishing
• Perform machine adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Inspection and assembly
• Inserting fixings
• Assisting with laser loading
• Operating FLT to move parts around the factory
• Packing
• Operating other machinery when required

Requirements

• Previous experience setting and operating press brakes
• Good understanding of engineering and production environments
• Ability to use tape measures, protractors, squares, and verniers
• Strong communication skills and ability to read instructions and drawings
• FLT experience preferred but not essential
