Pertemps is working with a world‑leading food distribution company in Andover, recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a professional transport operation supplying stores. We are looking for highly motivated and reliable Class 1 drivers who take pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining high safety standards.

Overview

Work start times from 4am.

Responsibilities

• 8‑13 hour shifts
• Thursday – Monday (weekend work included)
• Safely delivering fresh, frozen, and ambient products
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Representing our clients in a professional and timely manner
• Completing delivery paperwork and following route instructions
• Full day induction and day assessment

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
• Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience
• Good knowledge of safe driving practices
• CPC card and Digital Tacho Card

Shift Rates

• Week Days: £19.32
• Saturday: £19.55
• Sunday: £20.55
• Overtime after 48 hours
