Administrative Assistant

Job Details

  • Administration, HR, data and finance
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Working pattern: 20 hours per week | Term Time Only (39 weeks)
  • Visa sponsorship: Visas cannot be sponsored

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, calls and enquiries
  • Support pupil welfare, including first aid and wellbeing
  • Manage attendance, absence calls and pupil records
  • Provide administrative support including letters, trips, and communications
  • Use systems such as Parent App and MIS to support the school day

Qualifications & Skills

  • Friendly, welcoming and professional
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with parents, staff and pupils
  • Able to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable using IT systems
  • Committed to safeguarding and confidentiality
