Counterbalance Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast‑paced warehouse operation in Wolverton. This role involves operating a Counterbalance FLT with a clamp attachment, supporting warehouse and production operations efficiently and safely.

Shift Pattern

• Rotating shifts
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck with clamp attachment
• Loading, unloading and moving stock safely around the warehouse
• Supporting warehouse and production teams with material movement
• Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of counterbalance driving experience
• Previous experience using a clamp attachment preferred
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence or certificate
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
