TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Outstanding independent secondary school based in Long Eaton that is looking to appoint a Design Technology Teacher for a long‑term supply role. Responsibilities
The successful Design Technology Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical Design Technology lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement. The role is on a long‑term supply basis starting ASAP and will be part of a welcoming department with excellent resources and ongoing support from Senior Leadership.
Qualifications
- QTS with a Design Technology specialism
- Experience teaching Design Technology up to Key Stage 4 (KS4)
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A creative and engaging teaching style
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive and adaptable attitude
