Senior Account Manager – Global Food Delivery Giant

Our client is a global leader in the tech-delivery space, renowned for revolutionizing how the world moves and eats. We are currently scouting for an elite Senior Account Manager to join their Enterprise division in London.
This is a high-stakes, high-impact role where you will manage the UK’s most recognisable restaurant brands and multi-national franchises. Reporting to the Head of National Accounts, you will act as the commercial architect for these partnerships, ensuring our client remains the primary delivery engine for the UK’s biggest food industry players.
The Mission
You aren’t just managing accounts; you are a strategic consultant tasked with scaling massive businesses. You will own the C-Suite relationship at the HQ level, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary HQ-level point of contact for a portfolio of top-tier enterprise partners, crafting long-term roadmaps for their digital growth.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead complex, multi-million-pound contract renewals and commercial discussions, balancing strategy, finance, and legal frameworks to ensure sustainable ROI.
- Operational Optimization: Work hand-in-hand with partners to sharpen their fulfillment metrics, ensuring end-user satisfaction and seamless delivery logistics.
- Portfolio Expansion: Identify and execute growth levers, from launching brand-new locations to implementing cutting-edge white-label logistics solutions.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Use deep-dive analytics to quantify performance, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and presenting data-led insights to executive stakeholders.
- Global Collaboration: nterface with international product and ops teams to feed local market insights into the global product evolution.
The Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a “hustler” with a sophisticated commercial mindset. You should be equally comfortable presenting in a boardroom as you are digging into the granular operational “weeds.”
What You Bring:
- Experience: 5–7+ years in high-level Account Management, Commercial Partnership, or Strategic Sales, consistently exceeding KPIs.
- Deal-Making Prowess: A proven track record of navigating and closing complex, multi-faceted enterprise deals.
- Analytical Rigor: You are “fluent in data.” You can interpret complex datasets to drive business judgment and project prioritization.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade C-level executives.
- Project Management: Ability to build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) across cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Agility: A “startup” mentality within a global powerhouse; you thrive in fast-paced environments where the landscape shifts daily.
