Our Merchandising team is looking for a Merchandise Admin Assistant to support reporting and analysis functions. Salary: £30,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Produce weekly and ad‑hoc reporting for stakeholders.
- Assist in assessing purchase order requests and key price changes.
- Work with the Replenishment Analyst to set up lines for replenishment.
- Approve and action POs, review OTB forms, and document paperwork for overspends.
- Maintain the tracker and ensure it is up to date.
- Assist in the replenishment process.
- Produce daily trade reports to agreed timescales.
- Deliver vendor performance reports (PO fill rate, on‑time deliveries) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with distribution and buying on delivery amendments and troubleshoot shipments.
Qualifications
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Flexible with ability to adapt priorities and work with minimal supervision.
- Customer‑service focus and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior admin or merchandising experience is preferred.
- PC literate with Microsoft Word and Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, time‑management, and ability to multitask.
- Proactive and solutions‑based thinker.
