Van Driver/ Relief HGV Driver

In this role you will work as part of our external team of staff.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Make multi‑drop deliveries to customers in a transit van.
• Assist customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Pick and check orders.
• Store stock safely.
• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
• Cover the driving of HGV vehicles as required.
• Cover work in the yard as and when required.
• Work alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications And Skills

• A full UK licence is essential.
• A Class 2 licence and a full CPC licence are essential.
• Building‑industry knowledge is an advantage.
• HIAB (crane) experience is preferred; training can be provided.
• A forklift licence would be advantageous, but is not essential.

You will be working within a close‑knit team and dealing with customers daily. We are looking for someone who:
