Customer Administrator – Southampton Full Time

Adecco UK are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our most prestigious clients for a Customer Administrator.

Location: City Centre, Southampton

Pay Rate: Competitive (£14.93 per hour)

Working as part of the wider Customer Service team, the main duties for a Customer Administrator are processing refund requests, responding to customers refund enquiries via email, electronically filing and scanning documents into the internal database and any other ad‑hoc administration tasks as required.

The successful candidate for the customer administrator position will need to have the following skills:

  • Excellent IT skills
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional written communication skills
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service

Shift Pattern: 37 hours a week Monday – Friday, between the hours of 08:00 – 20:00
