Job Overview

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Pay: Up to £16.77 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:30-17:00, Friday 07:30-12:00

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating MIG welding equipment
• Carrying out mid to heavy MIG welding to a high standard
• Fabricating components from drawings and specifications
• Checking finished work for quality and accuracy
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder, and ideally Fabricator (although not essential)
• Confident with heavy MIG welding
• Able to read and work from fabrication drawings
• Good attention to detail and quality
• A reliable, safety-focused approach to work
