Assistant SENDCO — Educational Support Leader (Non-Teaching)

Alcester Grammar School is seeking an Assistant SENDCO (Non-Teaching) to support SEND students by leading The Bridge initiative.

This role requires commitment, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a school setting. The position offers 35 hours per week and a salary of £23,802 – £24,593 per annum with a start date of 1 September 2026.
