£40,000 – £45,000 + Training + Mon-Fri Role + Company Van Stafford
Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer with experience in installation, maintenance, and repair, looking for a stable Monday-Friday role with a growing company that offers training and long-term progression?
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established company specialising in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a skilled engineer to our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of air conditioning systems including split, VRF, and central units. You will work both independently and as part of a team across various client sites UK-wide, ensuring systems operate efficiently and meet all safety and compliance standards.
This position would suit an Air Conditioning Engineer with hands‑on experience and F‑Gas certification, looking for a long-term stable role.
The Role
- Installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Planned preventative maintenance and servicing
- Fault finding and emergency repairs
- Providing technical support and customer advice – Monday‑Friday 8‑5pm
The Person
- Experience in air conditioning installation, service, and repair – F‑Gas Qualified
- Knowledge of split, VRF, or central AC systems; strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Commutable to Stafford
