The Right Person Will Have

• Proven experience as a Butcher in a commercial or production environment
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• The ability to work at pace while maintaining quality
• A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
• A reliable, team‑focused approach
