12 month FTC, you will be working with a client providing a unique service as part of the client services team responsible for communicating technical information to create new and existing product packaging.
- Liaising daily with various stakeholders.
- Interacting with the Artwork Production and QC team.
- Entering client information into the Product Life‑Cycle Management system.
- Communicating job progress and answering customer queries by telephone and email.
- Interpreting results/reports and taking appropriate actions, liaising with staff and clients.
- Producing electronic certificates, reports and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Contributing to credit control activities as required.
- Liaising with and supporting the Global sales and marketing managers as required.
- Booking and sending out samples.
- Participating in team meetings and following through on actions/projects.
- Contributing to the upkeep and improvement of office processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Established candidate with a proven track record in a client‑facing environment.
- Strong administration and organisational skills, able to thrive in a fast‑paced artwork and packaging environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong telephone communication skills.
- Knowledge of print processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients and at all levels.
- Good IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook; responsible for amending Excel spreadsheets.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills needed to produce reports and documents.
- Ability to work under pressure, determine and organise priorities with minimal supervision.
