Band 2 roles are not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker visa routes. This position is a Call Handler in the Admin Team supporting the Phlebotomy Single Point of Access (SPoA). The SPoA is the first point of contact for all telephone calls and referrals into the Phlebotomy service, serving staff across Glasgow City and providing appointment booking and triage for patients.
Duration, Location, and Working Pattern
This is a permanent post of 36 hours per week, based in one location at the Commonwealth House, 32 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1LH. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30, with an early finish once a week at 16:00.
