Mon: 14:15 – 23:15, Sat: 05:45 – 14:45.
Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with a possibility of working fewer hours down to 12.
We schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows and provide three weeks’ notice of shifts.
Responsibilities
- Serve shoppers every day, providing excellent natural service.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas.
- Apply training to work safely and effectively.
- Make decisions that benefit customers and match store needs.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to foster an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand store performance and collaborate to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to preserve quality.
- Live Tesco values, welcome guests, follow policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
