Purchase to Pay (Accounts Payable) Team Leader

Leeds City Centre | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

Leading international professional services firm → new role in finance team in Leeds. You’ll lead a team of six, collaborate with the Accounts Payable Manager, and act as key contact for complex queries & process improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support a team of Accounts Payable professionals (team of 6)
  • Oversee day-to-day P2P operations and handle escalations
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Drive efficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in end‑to‑end accounts payable
  • Proven track record in team leadership or supervision
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in professional services or a large corporate environment
  • AAT qualification is a bonus, but not essential
