Role Description
This is a Part time role for a Field Supervisor based on-site in Essex. The Field Supervisor will manage and monitor care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services that uphold dignity and independence for clients. Responsibilities include conducting staff supervisions, scheduling care visits, performing quality assurance checks, and liaising with clients and their families to address concerns. Additionally, the Field Supervisor will support staff training and development, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide on-call support as required.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to supervise and support care staff
- Experience in scheduling, quality assurance, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in the care industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle on-call responsibilities
- Proficiency in organizational tools and software for scheduling and reporting is an advantage
- A valid driving license is required for travel across boroughs where service users are based.
- Experience working in the home care or health and social care sector is preferred
- A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience is desirable
