Therapeutic Day Coach – Trauma‑Informed Residential Care

SuperCare Residential is looking for passionate Coaches (Residential Support Workers) to join their Ofsted Registered Children’s Residential Homes in Ninfield. This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people who have faced trauma, fostering their emotional well-being and personal development.

As a key team member, you’ll provide therapeutic care while maintaining a safe and structured environment. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and ideally hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.

The position requires shift flexibility and offers extensive training opportunities, including fully funded qualifications.
