The Role:

• Act as a true ambassador, embodying the tone and values of the house
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Drive individual sales performance and exceed targets
• Develop strong product knowledge and styling authority
• Support the successful launch and growth of the concession
• Maintain exceptional standards across the shop floor

Requirements:
• Experience within luxury fashion retail
• Strong track record in a client-led, results-driven environment
• Naturally attuned to contemporary, directional fashion
• Confident working with a high-profile clientele
• Proactive, commercially aware, and detail-oriented
