Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a prestigious hospitality client in the search for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead a talented kitchen team within a luxury hospitality environment.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for a chef who thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen and leads by example. You will play a key role in maintaining exceptional food standards, driving team performance, and delivering outstanding dining experiences.
As Head Chef, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high‑quality food delivery at all times. Working closely with your team, you’ll be actively involved in service while also managing kitchen operations, stock control, training, and compliance.
DAY TO DAY:
- Leading kitchen service from the front, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to exceptional standards
- Supporting seasonal menu development using fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Training, mentoring, and motivating chefs and kitchen staff
- Managing stock levels, food costs, and minimising waste
- Maintaining all food hygiene, HACCP, COSHH, and health & safety standards
- Delivering excellent guest experiences and responding professionally to feedback
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef position
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- A hands‑on and proactive approach
- Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance procedures
FOR YOU:
- Salary: £48,667.50 per annum
- Working 5 days out of 7, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
