Trainee & Experienced Windscreen Technicians – Barking

Contract

Regular contract.

Working Hours

Annualised hours, operating Monday to Saturday with shifts ranging from 7:30am to 6:00pm (rota provided in advance). Approximately 40 hours per week.

Location and Licence Requirements

Full UK manual driving licence required. Proof of right to work in the UK.

Salary

Trainees earning a starting salary of £31,411. Experienced technicians earning up to £32,693.30 plus bonus potential.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• No two days are the same.
• Based in one of our centres or out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces.
• Repairing and replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry‑leading tools.
• Solving problems and delivering care that makes a difference.

Training & Development

• Full training programme for trainees.
• IMI‑recognised Technician qualification.
• Ongoing development to become a skilled, experienced fitter.
