Perfect Household Staff LTD is seeking a professional, polished and service‑oriented Live‑in Housekeeper / Guest Services Professional to play a key role in the smooth day‑to‑day operation of a beautifully refurbished luxury property in Old Windsor, Berkshire.
Key features: eight‑bedroom luxury residence, outdoor swimming pool, live‑in, full‑time permanent, salary £40‑50k gross per annum, start March 2026. Accommodation: self‑contained studio annex. Working hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm with flexibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Full housekeeping of an eight‑bedroom luxury residence, maintaining impeccable standards throughout.
- Daily cleaning, deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, and linen management.
- Preparing the property for guest arrivals and completing post‑departure resets.
- Meeting and welcoming guests on arrival, providing orientation to the property.
- Acting as a point of contact for guests during their stay for on‑site assistance.
- Managing guest check‑ins and check‑outs in coordination with the Estate Manager.
- Monitoring household supplies and reporting maintenance or inventory needs.
- Ensuring discretion, privacy, and professionalism at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as a Housekeeper in private households or luxury hospitality.
- 2 excellent, checkable references.
- Conversational to fluent English.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
