Asset Condition Assistant

Overview

London – Corsica Street / Norwich – Reed House (Hybrid)

Salary: London – £27,706.00 – £34,644.00 / Norwich – £25,178.00 – £31,472.00 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: 12-month Secondment / Fixed term contract

Responsibilities

• Support the Asset Condition Specialist with the delivery of the stock condition programme.
• Coordinate survey schedules, gather accurate data, and produce insightful reports using the Asset Management database.
• Collaborate with contractors and consultants to ensure data is captured and structured correctly.
• Respond to queries from residents in relation to stock condition.
• Contribute to project teams to help improve the department’s overall performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

Additional Information

• This is a hybrid role with base locations in Norwich or London. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
• Occasional travel may be required to other Clarion offices.
