This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mobile Service Engineer based in and around the Manchester area.
The role will generally be covering the North of England however there is a possiblity there will be occasions whereby the work may be outwith this area.
The position will be working alongside our wider team undertaking repair, service and installation of above and below ground Pumps and Pumping equipement, booster sets, pump stations, inveters.
The Mobile Service Engineer will safely and diligently perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of client facilities. The role includes providing field service visits to client locations, offering expert technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance and safety standards are upheld. Additional responsibilities involve real-time reporting and documentation of services performed.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues
- Experience in field service operations in a similar setting with the ability to visit and support multiple client sites
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members in a professional manner
- Proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment
- Ability to adhere to safety and compliance standards
- Familiarity with Facilities Management technology and tools is beneficial
- A valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
- Certifications or technical qualifications in relevant trades or engineering fields
- Extremely competitive salery based on experience
