Circa £27,565 plus standby payments and business use of company van, permanent, 37 hours, full time. Covering Basildon, Southend, Billericay and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Operate a single‑person, high‑pressure water‑jetting unit (will be trained) and specific CCTV equipment to identify and promote repair work.
- Take ownership of investigating and offering first‑time resolutions for sewerage issues encountered by our customers.
- Respond to incidents and complete planned maintenance work.
- Accurately collate and record all feedback from the site through our IT systems.
- Predominantly lone working, engaging with internal and external customers daily.
Qualifications
- Experience or willingness to work outside in all weathers.
- Basic IT skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full driving licence; a 4.5 tonne licence is advantageous (training provided).
- Must work within confined spaces and at heights; maximum weight 113kg; complete relevant occupational health checks, including Hand‐arm Vibration (HAV).
