Multi Skilled Joiner Leyland | 39 hours | Permanent | £22-£26p/h Umbrella

We’re looking for an experienced Joiner to join a Property Services team delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance in domestic homes.

What you’ll do

• Carry out joinery repairs and maintenance in domestic properties
• Install, repair and replace doors, kitchens, flooring and fixtures
• Work across tenanted and void properties
• Complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
• Carry out basic multi-trade tasks (e.g. minor plumbing, plastering)
• Ensure properties are left safe, secure and tidy
• Use mobile systems to manage and update jobs
• Deliver a professional, respectful service in customers’ homes
• Join an on-call rota (if required)

What you’ll need

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in domestic joinery
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Experience working in occupied properties
• Full UK driving licence
