About the Role

As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting tradespeople and ensuring property repairs are completed efficiently. The position involves working across tenanted and void properties, with an emphasis on maintaining a safe, tidy, and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support tradespeople on site (joiners, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
• Carry out general labouring and basic repairs
• Assist with property clearances and preparation works
• Load/unload materials and keep sites organised
• Work within tenanted and void properties
• Ensure properties are left clean, safe, and tidy
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times
• Use mobile systems to receive and update tasks
• Deliver a professional, respectful service in customers’ homes

Requirements

• Previous labouring or construction experience (preferred)
• Basic practical skills along with enthusiasm to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Awareness of health & safety regulations on site
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
