About the Role
As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting tradespeople and ensuring property repairs are completed efficiently. The position involves working across tenanted and void properties, with an emphasis on maintaining a safe, tidy, and professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support tradespeople on site (joiners, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
- Carry out general labouring and basic repairs
- Assist with property clearances and preparation works
- Load/unload materials and keep sites organised
- Work within tenanted and void properties
- Ensure properties are left clean, safe, and tidy
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Use mobile systems to receive and update tasks
- Deliver a professional, respectful service in customers’ homes
Requirements
- Previous labouring or construction experience (preferred)
- Basic practical skills along with enthusiasm to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness of health & safety regulations on site
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
