Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Book appointments for vehicle viewings (commission per booking)
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous experience in customer service (a plus, but not required)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: £15,000 basic with an achievable first‑year OTE of £60,000
• Benefits: Uncapped commission, free parking onsite, monthly commission incentives, and 28 days of annual holiday
• Hours: Week 1: Monday‑Saturday 08:45‑18:00 or 11:45‑21:00 and Sunday 10:00‑17:00 (Tuesday fixed day off). Week 2: Monday‑Saturday 08:45‑18:00 or 11:45‑21:00 and Sunday 10:00‑17:00 (Tuesday and Wednesdays off)

Job Type:

• Full‑time, Permanent

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
