JCB, the UK’s leading manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment, is seeking skilled and motivated Production Operatives to join our teams across Derbyshire and Staffordshire. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.47 from your first shift, with a range of shift patterns available.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the assembly line, meeting performance and quality targets
• Use hand and air tools confidently and safely
• Maintain required output and quality standards
• Load and unload vehicles, receive goods, and manage stock
• Participate in on‑site training programmes to develop your skills
• Support continuous improvement through problem‑solving and kaizen activities
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Consistent timekeeping and attendance
• Previous assembly or mechanical experience is desirable, but full training is provided
• Flexibility to work shifts (shift allowances paid where applicable)
