About the Role

We are recruiting a Moulding Assistant to join a well‑established retail design and manufacturing business based in Cheshire. This is a hands‑on production role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with moulding or machinery experience who enjoys practical work and wants long‑term stability with opportunities to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate moulding machines safely and efficiently
• Run machinery to meet daily production targets
• Carry out quality checks on finished components
• Accurately record production data and timings
• Monitor and manage stock levels
• Support the Moulding Team Leader with day‑to‑day operations
• Assist other production departments when required

• Sandretto 485
• Sandretto 200
• Boy 80
• Boy 55

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a moulding or manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Experience setting up and running production machinery
• Ability to read and follow job sheets and care sheets
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Flexible approach and willing to support other areas
• Able to meet targets and work to deadlines
