Surface Mount Operator

Temporary to permanent role in Waterlooville. Hourly rate: flexible dependant on experience. Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00 with early finish on Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain surface mount technology (SMT) equipment.
• Load and unload PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) into the machines.
• Monitor the production process to ensure high-quality output.
• Conduct inspections to identify any defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Previous experience as a surface mount operator is essential for this role.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work with precision.
