Location: Cardiff

Salary: £45,000 OTE (£55,000 with bonus, up to £1,200 per month in additional bonuses)

We are looking for an experienced Paint Technician to join a supportive national team at a prestigious dealership. You will receive additional training and have ample opportunities for career progression, as senior management often starts from the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Work with a supportive national team on site at a prestigious dealership
• Complete paint and repair work as required
• Receive additional training and take advantage of career progression opportunities
• Complete overtime as needed – minimum of 5 hours per week available
• Operate within flexible working hours

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Paint Technician or in a Smart Repair role
