Learning & Development Administrator – Maternity Cover

Are you a detail-oriented, organised administrator with a passion for learning and development? I’m working with a leading professional membership organisation that is seeking a proactive individual to support the delivery of training programmes and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Learning & Development Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth course operations, handling logistics, supporting delegates, and liaising with trainers and stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the education and professional development of governance professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating online and face-to-face training sessions, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Managing delegate bookings, refunds, transfers, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for delegates, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Supporting trainers with contracts, training materials, and logistical requirements.
  • Monitoring course evaluations and maintaining accurate records to improve processes.
