Support Worker – Extra Care for Independent Living

Radis Group is seeking Support Workers to join our team at Stanbridge House in Banbury. This role involves assisting residents over the age of 55 in personal care and light domestic tasks, while promoting their independence and dignity.

You will engage in recreational activities to enhance residents’ quality of life. Shifts are available in the morning and evening, with alternate weekends. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the community.
