Hours: 16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours
Shifts: Flexible
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Support the management team with the day‑to‑day running of the store
- Drive sales and deliver customer service that keeps people coming back
- Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best
- Help reduce shrinkage and till errors
- Motivate the team and help them hit targets
Qualifications
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer preferred
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators including sales, profit and service
- Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
