This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a legal background to join a high-performing in-house team, supporting both Legal and HR functions.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of legal, contractual, and HR support across the business. The role is ever-evolving, offering exposure to varied and commercially relevant work.

Description

Legal

  • Supporting the management of commercial contracts, agreements, and documentation
  • Maintaining contract records and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with legal research, disputes, and general legal matters

HR

  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Assisting with HR administration, systems, and record keeping
  • Coordinating HR processes including investigations, meetings, and documentation
  • Supporting employment law updates and HR initiatives

General

  • Providing administrative and project support across Legal, HR, and senior leadership
  • Managing documents, records, and confidential information with discretion
  • Assisting with meetings, reporting, and business‑critical coordination

Profile

  • Law degree or equivalent legal training (essential)
  • Strong interest in both Legal and HR functions
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Offer

  • Permanent role w/ competitive salary
  • 22 days holiday, increasing to 25 days by 2027 + bank holidays
  • Flexibility to work four days in the office and one day from home (ideally Tuesday or Thursday from home).
