Contracts Manager (Project Management / Estimating / Quantity Surveying)

Location: Tenterden, Kent

Salary: Up to £60,000 – £75,000 + Travel Allowance + Bonuses

Start: Immediate

Type: Full-time, Permanent (Preferred) or Freelance

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing projects from tender stage through to completion
• Preparing estimates, cost plans, and bills of quantities
• Overseeing site progress, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Handling valuations, variations and final accounts

About the Work

• Majority of projects are in London, with a handful outside of London.
• Upcoming major projects include Heathrow and St John’s Wood.
• Project types include office, shopfitting, industrial and high‑end refurbishments

What They Are Looking For

• Good experience across estimating, quantity surveying, and project management
• Ability to commute to the Tenterden office and sites across the south east.
• A proactive, reliable team player.
• Someone who thrives in a family‑run, supportive environment.
