We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs across the TEACH Poole Multi‑Academy Trust.

Job Details
Grade D (Points 5 – 6). Pro‑rata salary £25,584 – £25,989 per annum. Fixed‑term role linked to SEN funding, continuing until the pupil requires support.
Working hours and salary vary by school:
- Canford Heath Infant & Ad Astra Infant School: 28.75 hours/week (8:30 am – 3 pm with 45‑minute lunch); approximate annual salary £16,508.12 – 16,769.45.
- Canford Heath Junior & Haymoor Junior School: 30 hours/week (8:30 am – 3:15 pm with 45‑minute lunch); approximate annual salary £17,225.87 – 17,498.56.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Head of Inclusion and SEND, as well as teaching staff, to implement pupils’ Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and deliver one‑on‑one or small‑group support to help them achieve their full potential. You may be assigned to any of the four schools; initially you will be placed at one of our TEACH schools, with the possibility to relocate to a school of your preference where available.
