Salary: £12.71 per hour + discretionary tronc
Contract: 16-hour weekly guaranteed minimum. Working across venues that have a 7 day a week operation.
Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic Hospitality Assistants to join our fine dining restaurant at RHS Garden Wisley, on a part-time basis. You will be part of a hard-working, friendly team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to visitors. RHS Garden Wisley covers 240 acres and is open all year round with multiple food outlets on site, including a restaurant and cafés.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service, serve food and drinks, handle transactions, and maintain clean and inviting service areas.
- Ensure all health, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently upheld.
- Provide a welcoming and positive experience for every visitor as part of the front-of-house team.
Shifts
Shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday. Successful candidates should be flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends. Hours will vary with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.

- Proven experience in fine dining
