Class 2 HGV Driver

Pertemps have an excellent opportunity for a Class 2 Driver to join our client on a temp to perm contract. In this role you will only be working day shifts between 7am and 5pm with no weekend working. You will be doing daily collections on a curtain sider which are then brought back to the yard for delivery to the TPN depot.

Shift Patterns / Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Days – 7am starts

The successful Class 2 HGV Driver will

• Have a valid Class 2 HGV license for a minimum of 6 months
• Have a valid tacho and DQC card
• Have a positive can do attitude

Your duties as a Class 2 HGV Driver will include

• Customer collections
• Ensuring safety of the loads during it’s journey
• Ensuring POD paperwork is correct

You will receive

• STD – £16.00 per hour
• Paid for a minimum of 10 hours per day even if not worked that many hours
