Join Our Team as a Concierge in London. We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and making a difference in people’s day-to-day lives. If you’re committed to maintaining high standards and resolving issues efficiently, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist residents and visitors, greet them warmly, and handle queries and maintenance requests.
• Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
• Manage and record deliveries for residents, ensuring smooth communication and pick up.
• Maintain a presentable concierge area and lobby.
• Carry out safety checks on-site, assist with fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
• Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance residents’ experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is valued.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• A positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
