Schedule and Compensation
Location: St Mary Bourne, Andover, SP11 6DB
Salary: From £26,602.03 per year (enhanced rates for nights & skilled roles)
Pay: Monthly – paid on 25th of each month
Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (includes weekends)
Hours: 12‑hour shifts – Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Night: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Weekly Hours: Full‑time – average 40.25 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time

You’ll be part of a friendly, hardworking team, helping prepare fresh food products that are enjoyed across the UK. It’s hands‑on, fast‑paced and rewarding work where every day counts.
Full training is provided.
Our factory is maintained at around 5°C to keep products fresh.
