The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced 360 Liugong Car Dismantler Operator to join a busy metals recycling operation. This role requires a highly competent and experienced operator who is confident working within a fast-paced scrap and vehicle dismantling environment.
Shift Pattern & Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00am – 04:00pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Operating a 360 Liugong car dismantler safely and efficiently
- Dismantling and processing scrap vehicles and metal materials
- Sorting and segregating recyclable materials
- Loading and unloading scrap and processed materials
- Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting defects
- Maintaining safe and efficient site operations
- Adhering strictly to all site health & safety procedures
- Supporting general yard operations where required
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a 360 Liugong car dismantler (essential)
- Valid, in-date operator tickets/cards (essential)
- Relevant accredited machinery tickets required for the role
- Candidates must hold their own valid tickets/cards – this is a strict requirement
- Previous experience within metals recycling or vehicle dismantling environments (essential)
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
- Reliable and able to work in a demanding industrial environment
Start & Duration
- June start available
- Ongoing temp to perm position
